Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled 12 hours in advance by calling 256-328-4974. Please give at least 12 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
No Shows
If you make an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for, we reserve the right to charge no show fee.
Late Arrivals
Tardiness scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
Quality Guarantee
Love My Nails provides a 3-days guarantee period on all services in which you may return to the Salon to have repairs done free of charge!
However, it is at Love My Nails discretion!
If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by an error in application, chemistry error, or exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service!
Any additional repairs required outside of the 3-day time frame will be subject to an additional charge.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates expire within 6 months of purchase date.
No refunds/cash value/extensions. We are not liable for any lost or damaged gift cards. Any gift card that is tampered will be automatically void. Must bepresent at time of service.
We Reserve the Right to refuse service to:
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our providers
Rude, Mean, or Disrespectful
